Today another long day as usual . Badminton training in the morning , then church in the morning . Didn't go for soccer training in the evening . Training was very tiring for my arm , i so pity it . Smashed like shit till it really hurt alot . But can't get injured , hav tournament this wednesday .

I know i'm not really playing up to my standard but that still doesn't give you the right to lecture me all the time . I know you wanna try to be a good partner but i hope you think of my feelings too .

Sorry babe i wasn't really able to hold your hand for long today cause my arm really hurt a lot .
